PATHWAYS equips university students with a systematic approach to problem-solving negotiation and influence that they can incorporate into their core studies or co-curricular activities (e.g. MUN), enabling them to build essential life skills, to be impactful contributors and leaders, to manage and respond to challenging situations, and to be effective representatives of their schools. At a group level, the workshop provides participants with a shared language, experience, and toolset, helping to support the creation of a motivated and mutually supportive student body.
PATHWAYS has worked with a variety of universities in anticipation of international MUN meetings, including learning a practical framework, establishing a shared language and toolset for the team, and incorporating the approach into preparation for speeches and moderated caucuses.
